Position:          Software Developer (Job No. 746529)

Location:         North Providence, RI

• Develop and maintain custom application logic using programming languages including C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python, implementing plugins, REST APIs, and event-driven services to extend platform functionality.
• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies including Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Dataverse to support scalable business solutions.
• Architect and develop AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, and Document Intelligence, enabling intelligent automation, conversational interfaces, and decision support systems.
• Develop UI components using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, including PCF controls and Dataverse integrations.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines by integrating large language models with vector-based search systems to provide context-aware responses and semantic data retrieval across enterprise datasets.
• Design and implement PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls using React and TypeScript to create reusable and high-performance user interface components.
• Develop server-side integrations and microservices using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and RESTful APIs, enabling secure and scalable communication between cloud and on-premises systems. ·
• Develop intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, integrating Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock, and leveraging Azure Functions and event-driven workflows for document processing and automation.
• Implement asynchronous and event-driven architectures using messaging services such as Azure Service Bus to support high-volume data processing and system decoupling.
• Design and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate integrated with AI services for document processing, approvals, notifications, and business process orchestration.
• Develop AI-powered document processing pipelines utilizing OCR, text extraction, and machine learning techniques to classify, and store structured and unstructured data.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and Azure Active Directory to protect enterprise applications and APIs.
• Apply DevOps and CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps and Git-based version control systems to automate build, testing, and deployment processes across multiple environments.

Requirements

Position requires at minimum a U.S. master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related quantitative field.

Position also requires up to 15% domestic travel within the United States.
