Job Duties

• Interact with Business Analysts, Advocates, and Stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Convert the client requirements and functional specifications to technical design with effort estimation.
• Develop custom Plugins/ workflows Synchronous/Asynchronous Sandbox plug-ins compatible for CRM using C# language.
• Implement workflows and business process flows to automate and enhance service process.
• Develop custom WCF web services, dialog-based workflows and perform sitemap, Ribbon Xml customization.
• Develop client side application using JavaScript, PCF controls (PowerApps component Framework).
• Develop Azure functions and Logic Apps.
• Develop CRM API, REST API, OData and SOAP for integrations.
• Develop applications using modern driven apps and canvas app.
• Develop Cloud flows, Schedule flow for automation job  using Power Automate.
• Develop Power BI reports using Power BI Report Builder.
• Import data into PowerApps using SSIS tool.
• Implement customization of entities, sitemap.
• Develop web service methods to interact with PowerApps Dataverse.
• Implement and maintain access controls in CRM based on roles and access conditions.
• Design Database and Programming Database objects for SQL server such as SQL stored procedures, Functions, Triggers and Importing/Exporting data from varied data source.
• Develop Web Pages in PowerApps portal using HTML, JavaScript.
• Developed multiple apps/enhancements/functionalities for different business teams (Sales and Services)
• Create Unit test case document.
• Support business users during User Acceptance Testing.
• Working on the problem identification and performed thorough root cause analysis.
• Fixed the defects reported.
• Prepare user manuals to provide step by step instructions for common tasks and describe the features and capabilities of the software.
• Prepare reference manual to provide detailed technical information about the software such as APIs, Data structures and algorithms.
• Prepare defect tracking reports, release plan and development plan.
• Create entity flow diagrams.
• Create flow charts.

Requirements:

Position requires a U.S. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.

Position requires up to 10% domestic travel.
